Colleen L. Little, 84, formerly of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, at Glenwood Health Facility in Florence, Alabama.
Services will be held Friday, Dec. 9, 2016, at 2 p.m. EST at Hillside United Methodist Church in Phenix City, Alabama. The family will receive family and friends from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service on Dec. 9, 2016, at Hillside.
Mrs. Little was born Sept. 14, 1932, to the late John Grady and Mary Eula Ledbetter. Mrs. Little was preceded in death by her late husband, Gary Foy Little, and brother, John Grady Ledbetter Jr.
Mrs. Little spent over 30 years working in several banks around the Phenix City area before retiring to spend time with her family. She loved flower gardening.
Mrs. Little is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Dollar and husband, Tony, of Killen, Alabama; son, Gary Foy Little II, of Phenix City, Alabama; sister, Mary Francis Duhon, of Phenix City, Alabama; five grandchildren, Brandy Dollar, Kristen Martin, and Danny Dollar, of Killen , Alabama, Shane Little, and Jessica Dorton, of Phenix City, Alabama; 11 great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and facility of Glenwood Health Facility for the loving care given to their mother and grandmother.
