James Darrell Tabor, 47 aka Larry Kevin Kirby
COLBERT COUNTY-James Darrell Tabor, 47 aka Larry Kevin Kirby has been arrested and charged in the murder of Michael Shane Osborn, 39.
Osborn’s body was found buried in a wooded area near the home the two men shared on Colburn Mountain Road. Osborn had been reported missing on Friday, August 31.
Investigators say the body found buried behind a house Saturday was killed by the man he shared the home with.
Cause of death has not been released to date. Sheriff Frank Williamson said a full press release would be made available on Tuesday, September 4. The sheriff did say Osborn’s body has been sent in for an autopsy.
Kirby is being held in the Colbert County Jail on $1 million bond.
