SHEFFIELD-Sheriff Eric Balentine released a statement concerning the arrest of two suspects on Drug Charges:
“On February 22nd, at approximately 8:00am, the Colbert County Drug Task Force along with Colbert County deputies executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Sterling Blvd in Sheffield. During the search agents recovered $1,700 in US currency, 35 grams of ice,14 grams of cocaine,20 Oxycodone pills, marijuana, and a firearm.
Dennoriss Richardson, 38, of Sheffield was charged with drug trafficking.
Demarquis Davis, 31, of Muscle Shoals was charged with possession of controlled substance.
Both subjects were transported to Colbert County jail.
