Cody Bart Lauderdale, age 27, of West Jefferson, passed away November 15, 2019. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rhonda Thrasher and grandfather L.J. Lauderdale. Cody is survived by his father, Stephen Lauderdale; wife, Carrissa Reeves; son, Jaxon Lauderdale; daughter, Riley Lauderdale; grandparents Bart and Juanell Thrasher and Patricia Lauderdale; sisters Kimberly (Casey) Posten, Heather Bishop and brother, Josh Lauderdale. Cody was a wonderful father with a strong personality. He loved spending time with his children. Cody enjoyed collecting movies and watching television. Services will be held Monday, November 18, 2019 at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation from 1-2pm. Funeral Service will begin at 2pm with burial following at Good Hope Cemetery.
