Mr. Clyde Weeks, age 86, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial and Graveside services to follow in the Beaverton Cemetery. Pastor Howard McNeal to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Mr. Clyde Weeks was born July 23, 1939, in Sulligent, AL to the late Roy Thomas Weeks and the late Lula Jeanette O’Mary. He was a lifelong resident of the Sulligent and Beaverton, AL area and attended Sulligent Schools. He worked for and retired from the Mobile Home Factory. Mr. Clyde attended the Beaverton Freewill Baptist Church. He was an Avid Alabama Football fan. He enjoyed reading and had a deep love for the church and music. Mr. Clyde had a friendly, outgoing, personality, and could often be found striking up conversations with others, he never met a stranger. He loved and adored his family, especially his beloved bride of 62 years, Elizabeth. His loving spirit and kind heart will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
