Clyde Wayne Norwood, lifelong resident of Mt. Hope, AL, died Monday, September 9th, 2013 at NHC Nursing Facility, Moulton.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. with Jeffrey Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stacy Norwood, Chris Norwood, Miles Gaston, Jody Howard, Joe Mack Terry, Johnny Terry; honorary, Sean McArthur, Tyler Dison, Denver Elam, Lucas Trousdale and Hunter Harris.
Mr. Norwood was preceded in death by his parents, Bill & Earline Norwood. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Faye Norwood; sons, Stacy Norwood and Chris (Aline) Norwood; daughter, Monica (Jodie) Howard; grandchildren, Miles Gaston, Alley Reno, Jessie Norwood, Amber Blackburn and Hunter Harris; five great-grandchildren; special little girls, Taylor & Trista “Krystal” Bush; brother, Charles (Barbara) Norwood; sisters, Kathleen (Wayne) Collins and Joan (Mikey) Hutto and a special niece, Rhonda Lawrimore.
Rogersville Funeral Home is assisting the Norwood family.
