Clyde Thomas Haggard, 95, of Waterloo, passed away, Thursday, October 9, 2025. No services will be held at this time.
Clyde was a commercial fisherman and enjoyed doing mechanic work. He is preceded in death by his parents, Minnie and Otis Haggard; brothers, Seaman, William, and Ancil Haggard; sister, Mozelle Irions (G.C.); niece, Sue Baskins: and nephew, Billy Haggard.
He is survived by his niece, Gail Vaden; nephews, Richard Haggard, Wayne Haggard, Tommy Irions, and David Irions; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Robert Mann for his wonderful care and special thanks to caregiver Crystal Robertson.
