Visitation will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Hill Church of Christ with Wayne Wood officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
Clyde Linville Faires, 68 of Florence, AL passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012. He was a native and lifelong resident of Lauderdale CO.

He was preceded in death by his parents Cleo and Gertie Faires; brothers, Eddie and Freddie Faires; sisters, Sharon and Shelba Faires; sister-in-law Shelia Faires.
Survivors include his wife Linda Faires; sons, Jeff and Kevin (Dana) Faires; daughters, Melinda Fisher (Jamie), Crystal Crittenden (Darrel) Edie Chaney; brothers, Granville Faires (Sandra), Glen Faires (Ann), Gary Faires; sisters, Quava Akins (Andy), Jewel Bain (Robert), Rachel Goza (Danny) Sue Melton (Leo); grandchildren, Dakota, Chris, Zach (Faith) Faires, Austin and Preston Fisher, Victoria Bullock (John), Brianna Fisher, Mallorie and Michaela Faires, Savanna and LeAnn Davis, Courtney Maddox (Tyler), Brett Crittenden, Eli Abernathy and Braden Crittenden; great-grandchildren, Aubree Faires and Amira Maddox; sister-in-law, Janette Faires.
Pallbearers will be Zach, Dakota, Christopher Faires, Austin Fisher, Brett Crittenden, Nathan Bain, Lanny Holcomb and Darrell Baskins. Honorary pallbearers will be Preston Fisher, Eli Abernathy, Braden Crittenden and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Webb, Dr. Holden, Gentiva Hospice, and the 3rd floor staff at ECM.
