Closings And Delays Due To Severe Weather Threat

TENNESSEE VALLEY- Several schools will be closing early and cancelling after school activities due to the threat of severe weather from Hurricane Francine.

As we receive information on closings and delays we will post it here.

Athens Bible School – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Athens City Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Cullman County Schools -Delayed 2 hours Friday

Franklin County Schools (AL)- Delayed 2 hours Friday

Jackson County Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Lauderdale County Schools – open at 10 a.m. Friday, September 13. Buses will run on a 2-hour delay of their normal arrival times.

Lawrence County Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Limestone County Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Lindsay Lane Christian Academy – two-hour delay on Friday,

Morgan County Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Scottsboro City Schools – Delayed 2 hours Friday

Shoals Christian Daycare – Delayed 2 hours Today

Shoals Christian School – Delayed 2 hours Today
