Cleo Theodore Rackley, age 91, of Trinity died Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Decatur Parkway Hospital.
He was born in Seneca, South Carolina on November 2, 1925 to Thomas Turp Rackley and Pauline Seigle.
He is survived by one son Frank Rackley of Decatur; two daughters, Cindy Rackley of Decatur and Belinda Rackley McCall of Anderson, South Carolina.
He was a World War II navy veteran.
