Clemmie Iown Stanphill, 80, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at her son’s residence in Golden, MS. She was born in Fulton, MS and was a homemaker. She was a member of Golden Central Baptist Church.
Services will be Friday, September 1, 2 p.m at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Ralph Culp, Bro. Rick Murrell and Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Belmont Memory Gardens. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by a son – Chris Stanphill; a brother – Wayne Byram (Lucille); a niece – Tracey Byram and nephews – Jason Byram, Mike Byram (Pam) and Keith Byram.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy D. Stanphill, her parents, Oval and Vera Byram and a brother, Jack Byram.
Pallbearers will be Scott Eubanks, Dane Eubanks, Bradley Sparks, Jason Byram, Joe Crawford and Joey Childers. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Byram, Keith Byram and Dylan Tummins.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 31, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
