Funeral for Clayton Parker, 79, of Trinity will be Friday, December 27, 2019, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jamin Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Mr. Parker, who died Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born, July 12, 1940, to Robert Luther Parker and Lilly Stockton Parker. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Margie Raye Jeffreys Parker, sister, Ophelia Alexander
Survivors include:
2 sons – Mike Parker, Lee Parker
Daughter – Tonya Parker Fosberry
2 sisters – Bobby Nell Evans, Ozell Barnes Johnson
2 grandchildren – Parker (Emily) Fosberry, Kelly Fosberry (Michael) Strozier
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
