He is survived by his wife, Stella Varney; brother, Wayne Waldrep(Tina Kelley); step-children, Rebecca, Dallas and Jennifer Varney; grandchildren, Zayne Bailey, Zona Nichols, Britton Nichols and Elias Varney; nephews, Carlton Jacob Waldrep and Matthew Wayne Waldrep. He is preceded in death by his mother, Frieda Waldrep; father, Carlton Waldrep.
