Clays For Kids

clayTHE SHOALSClays for Kids a clay target shoot is being held on Monday, November 11, Veteran’s Day to benefit abused and neglected children in North Alabama.  The event is sponsored by CASA and will be held at Double Head Resort, 145 County Road 314 in Town Creek.  Even if you are not a target shooter please consider purchasing a ticket for a friend, family member or client as a “thank you.”

The shoot will start at 7:30 am and go until 6:00 pm (time slots in increments of 20 minutes for registration).  The event is open to anyone over 18.  You must bring your own shotgun and shells.  The cost per ticket is $50.00 and includes lunch and 20 clays.  Those only wanting to watch and have lunch the cost will be $25.00 for lunch.  Lunch will be from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm.  You may also register on line at shoalsclaysforkids.eventbrite.com/

Top Shooter Prizes:

1st Place – YETI Cooler Package (approx. $375)

2nd Place – $150 in gift cards to Dale’s Restaurant and Sam’s Sports Bar

3rd Place – One Free Night stay at the lovely Marriott Hotel & Spa

 

We also have many other door prizes to be raffled off. Plus, we will be selling Clays for Kids T-Shirts for $10 each at the event.

 

Steve Callahan, Burton Lewis & friends will be our “chefster’s” for the day and these guys are well known for their mad cooking skills.  (And you won’t believe what they have in mind for dessert!)
