Clayborn “Clay” Stockman, Sr., age 59, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
Clay was born on March 13, 1966 in Columbus, MS to the late Sidney Ray Stockman, Sr. and Helen Henderson. He was a 1982 graduate of Southaven High School and later graduated from Colorado Technical University. Clay worked as a carpenter and machinist. He enjoyed a wide variety of hobbies including working puzzles and cross-stitching. He also found great enjoyment in riding his bike and playing the guitar, but spending time with his grandchildren is what he cherished the most. Clay loved his family dearly and his sweet spirit will always be lovingly remembered and greatly missed. He was a member of Remnant Church in Greenwood Springs, MS.
