Clay Minatra, Jr. passed away Thursday evening, June 18, 2015, at NHC of Pulaski. He was born in Pulaski on October 5, 1919 and was 95 years old. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski. He served in the Army during WWII and was retired from Church Auto Parts in Pulaski
Visitation will be 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock Friday, June 19, 2015, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 1 o’clock Saturday, June 20, 2015, in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Stevenson officiating.
Burial with full military honors will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife Estelle Puryear Minatra. His parents Clay and Pearl McCracken Minatra. His brothers Eugene, Bennett, Wayne, And Rayborn Minatra. His sisters Hester Markham and Martha Dean Jones.
He is survived by;
His daughter Barbara (James) Gregory of Mt. Juliet, TN
Grandson Vance (Labronya) Gregory of Lebanon, TN.
Granddaughter Monica (P.J.) Salcedo of Mt. Juliet, TN.
Great grandchildren Ryan and Rylee Gregory, Kiersten and Alyson Harvey
Brother John Paul (Patricia) Minatra of Pulaski.
Brother Wendell (Mildred) Minatra of Pulaski.
