Clay Bennett
FLORENCE – Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist and University of North Alabama alumnus Clay Bennett ’80, will make a presentation for First Amendment Awareness Month April 12 at 6 p.m., in UNA Communications Building Room 131.
During his time at UNA, Bennett was a cartoonist for The Flor-Ala student newspaper. He is currently a syndicated editorial cartoonist for the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
The event is open to the public and is sponsored by The Flor-Ala, UNA Department of Communications, TimesDaily, Ingelhart First Amendment Grant and the Parker-Qualls Lectureship in Communications.
