Jan. 5, 2016 Mrs. Claudia Thelma Keough Warren, 94, of Hazel Green died Tuesday at her residence. She was a graduate of the 1940 class of Southside High School in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John Wesley Warren; her parents, Hershal Clarence Keough and Bessie Mae Thomas Keough; and her brother, Herbert Clarence Keough.
Survivors include her daughters, Becky Laurie Warren Burgreen and husband, Donnie, Trudy Lynn Warren Prestridge and husband, Randall, and Wendy Sue Warren Holzheimer and husband, Jeff; her sisters, Ada Pearl Keough and Essie Jean Keough Cooper; her grandchildren, Kimberly Kaye Burgreen Sparks and husband, Mike, Kevin Warren Burgreen and wife, Shellie, Kenneth Wesley Holland and wife, Laura, Whitney Marie Holland, John William Prestridge and wife, Erin, Joshua Randall Prestridge, Joseph Andrew Prestridge and wife, Bethany; and her great-grandchildren, Davis Inman Smallwood, Katherine Burgreen Smallwood, Sara Michele Burgreen, William Lamar Burgreen, Emily O’Meg Burgreen, Tyler Wesley Holland, Amber Elizabeth Holland, Seth Abel Stapler, Carter Miles Holland, Ian Cameron Prestridge, Nora Kate Prestridge and Baby Prestridge.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home with Brother Curtis Eason officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
