Claudia “Bea” McClure – Obituary

Claudia “Bea” McClure, 87, a native of Tishomingo County and a resident of Lauderdale County, passed away Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014 at her residence.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014, from 1:30-3 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Jerry Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Jacksonburg Cemetery.
Mrs. McClure was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene MacWilliam and Claude McClure; children, Gene C. MacWilliam and Cindy Nard; parents, Sampson Bradley and Yonie Marks; and brothers, Earl and Tolbert Marks.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Nathen Nard (Angie), and Ashley Nard, all of Florence, John MacWilliam (Kimberly), of Kansas City, Missouri, Billi Jean Overacker (Fred) of Mohawk, New York; eleven great-grandchildren; and a special friend and caregiver, Betty Linville.
Active pallbearers will be Danny Stutts, Chase Wanner, Clay McCary, Jason Givens, Kevin Faires, and Justin West.
Honorary pallbearers will be Edward “Junior” Behel, Jason Myrick, Tucker MacWilliam, Cole MacWilliam, and Maurice Johnston.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the nurses of Amedisys Hospice Services, and especially Angie Myrick Nard, Kim Kelley, and all other caregivers.
