Clarence R. Owens
Mr. Owens passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013, at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, Al. Mr. Owens was a Navy Veteran of WWII, and a member of Beltline Church of Christ. Mr. Owens was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Rubye B. Owens.
Funeral services will be Monday, July 8, 2013, at 2 p.m. (Graveside) at Roselawn Cemetery with brother Steve Smith officiating. Visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2013, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.
Survivors include his son, Marshall Owens (Faye), Trussville; daughter, Melba Randolph (Dwight), Decatur; brother, James Edward Owen, Decatur; sisters, Elizabeth Keel, Moulton and Helen Bowers (Jim), Athens; grandsons, Steven Owens (Tabith), Alabaster and Marc Owens (Christy), Pelham; granddaughter, Clancy Williamson (Chad), Decatur; great-grandchildren, JC and Tori Owens, Alabaster, Gracie, Ben, and Nate Williamson, Decatur.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
