Clarence Odell Hallmark, 88, of Russellville, Ala., died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Shoals Hospital, Muscle Shoals. He was born in Lawnrece County, Ala. on June 14, 1924, to William Hallmark and Early (Jackson) Hallmark. He was retired from Maintenance at TVA. He served in the Navy during WWII. He was married to I. V. Briley Hallmark. He was a member of Old Bethel Baptist Church, Leighton, Ala.

He is survived by his wife, I. V. Briley Hallmark, Russellville, Ala.; son, Ronald Hallmark (Beth), Franklin, Tenn.; daughter, Brenda Lewis, Memphis, Tenn.; stepson, Gary Parker (Christine), Hatton, Ala.; stepson, Gerald Parker (Charlotte), West Palm Beach, Fla.; grandson, Chad Lewis, Memphis, Tenn.; grandson, Forrest Hallmark, Japan; granddaughter, Shannon Hallmark, Franklin, Tenn.; stepgranddaughter, Paige Christman (Steve), Winter Haven, Fla.; stepgranddaughter, Cheri Gibson (Todd), Naplesville, Ill.; three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Hallmark; and mother, Early Jackson Hallmark.

Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton, Ala. Brother Bobby Amos and Brother Thomas Thornton are officiating. Interment will be in Gargis Cemetery, Russellville, Ala.

Pallbearers will be Wendale Johnson, Chris Higgins, Chester Quinn, Rayburn Beck, Shane Uptain and Price Parker.
