Funeral services for Clarence “Mac” McGill, age 96, will be held Monday, February 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be held Monday, February 9, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Mr. McGill, a devoted family man and Christian, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Morning View Village in Maryville, Tennessee.
Mr. McGill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Shirley McGill; his son-in-law, Van Bledsoe; and his grandson-in-law, Dan Semich.
He is survived by his children: Sherry Bledsoe of Lexington, Tennessee; Rick McGill (Carrie) of Alcoa, Tennessee; and Patrick McGill (Farjana) of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Andy Bledsoe (Brenda), Dixie Semich, Beau McGill (Elizabeth), Grant McGill, Luis McGill, and Noah Mac McGill; and three great-grandchildren, Breanna Lopez (Luis), Olivia Kate McGill, and Nelson McGill.
