Clarence Eugene Fitch, 84, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. Gene was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and four sisters. He served in the U.S. Air Force, and retired after 24 years of service. He enjoyed golf, fishing, volunteer work, and was an avid University of Alabama football fan.
Survivors include his wife, Martha H. Fitch; daughters, Lorri Ann Fitch and Karla Jo Wood; and grandson, Jacob Wood.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30, Saturday, November 12 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Andrews officiating.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
