Clara V. Hall Luttrell age 89, of Winchester passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Winchester. Clara was born on March 16, 1933, in Franklin County to the late Coy Lee and Ada Mae (Gualt) Hall. She worked for Amana refrigeration company and in her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, working in her flower garden, and attending craft shows. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Eugene Luttrell; sons, Ronnie Luttrell, Teddy Luttrell, and Timothy Luttrell; and siblings, Arthur Hall, John Hall, Othel “Wash” Lee Hall, James Alford Hall, Billy Wayne Hall, Bobby Hall, Clyde Hall, Rudy Isbell and Virginia Evans. Clara is survived by her son, Rickey Eugene Luttrell of North Dakota; brother, Franklin (Reba) Hall of Morrison; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
