Memorial services for Miss Clara Ruth Potts will be held on Friday December 19, 2025, at 6pm in the chapel of Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will also be on Friday from 5pm until service time.
Our beautiful daughter Clara was born silent, a tiny soul with an eternal presence on December 12, 2025. She was a whispered promise, a miracle we cherished, and though our arms feel empty, our hearts are full of the love she gave us. We held her, sang to her, rocked her, and said our earthly goodbyes, knowing our time was short but our love for her is forever. We keep with us the comfort of knowing that the first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was the face of Jesus, but she is forever in the hearts of her parents, Dylon and Chelsea Potts. but she is forever in the hearts of her parents, Dylon and Chelsea Potts.
Miss Clara Ruth was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Parker.
Miss Clara Ruth leaves behind her loving parents, Dylon Ray and Chelsea Ruth (Parker) Potts of Humboldt, TN; her maternal grandmother, Misti Teeter of Dyersburg, TN; her paternal grandmother, Jennifer Potts of Humboldt, TN; her maternal great grandparents, Glen and Marlene Philips of Dyersburg, TN; and her paternal great grandparents, Mark and Sharon Robinson of Jackson, TN and Ronnie Hart of Bells, TN.
