Christy Ann Horton, age 36 of Arab Alabama died, Thursday June 6, 2016 at Shepherd’s Cove – Hospice of Marshall County.
She was born on February 3, 1980 in Cullman County to Bobby Ray Horton & Brenda Joyce Warren Horton. Christy was a 1999 graduate of Fairview High School and worked as a cashier at Taco Bell in Arab.
She was a member of the Community Christian Church – Joppa Alabama.
She is survived by her father Bobby Ray Horton; two brothers: Jeff Horton (Tins), Anthony Horton; three sisters: Darlene Horton, Melissia Sutton (Chuck), Melody Horton; two nieces, two nephews, two great nephews and one great niece. She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Joyce Horton.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. – Sunday – June 12, 2016 at Community Christian Church with Brother Bruce Harris officiating; Burial will be in New Jerusalem Cemetery, Joppa, Alabama. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be David Harden, Heath Sutton, Cecil Segler, Brian Wills
Visitation will be will be 5:00 p.m. Saturday June 11, 2016 – 1:00 p.m. Sunday June 12, 2016 at Community Christian Church.
