Mr. Christopher Pryor Baylor Christopher Pryor Baylor was born on August 18, 1961, to the late Nathan P. Baylor and Mary A. Baylor in Portsmouth, VA.

He graduated from I.C. Norcom High School in 1978, Portsmouth, VA.

Chris served in the United States Army for 20 years and retired with many certifications while traveling the world. After retiring, he would utilize his skills in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. He was smart, funny, caring and loved to tell stories.

Chris married his best friend and love of his life, Darlene. They resided in her hometown in Alabama.

Chris is predeceased by his loving parents: Nathan and Mary Baylor; grandparents: Leroy A. Askew and Adel Askew; aunt, Lorraine Vann; brother, Michael R. Baylor; cousins: Alice Murrell, Naomi Murrell, and Faye Murell; and a dear son, Larry Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Baylor; mother and father-in-law: Betty and Billy Robinson; children: Angela, Tiffaney, Krystle, and Brittnee; grandchildren: Sean and Ariana; sisters: Alveteus and Tawana, brothers: Bruce, Raynard, Dana, Aaron, Alphonso and Alonzo; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Royal Chapel of Memories (4315 Oakwood Avenue NW Huntsville, AL 35810).
