Christopher Guy Baines, age 62, of Athens, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, at his residence. He was born on December 11th, 1963, in Herrin, Illinois, to Herburt Baines and Carol Ramsey Baines.
Mr. Baines is survived by his wife, Melody Baines; daughter, Victoria Baines; and grandson, Josiah Talley.
Mr. Baines is preceded in death by his parents.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
