Mr. Christopher “Chris” Charles Cook, age 57, of Vernon, AL, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his residence.
Chris was born August 11, 1967, to Carlene Rasbury Newman and the late Charles Cook. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carrie Denise Cook.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 26, at 1:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Brandon Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Newman, Patrick Pennington, Dan Newman, Triston Plaisance, Barrett Newman, and Davis Newman.
Chris is survived by his mother, Carlene Newman, of Vernon, AL; his brother, Tyler (Amanda) Newman, of Foley, AL; his significant other, Georgette Rogers, of Vernon, AL; and a host of other family and friends.
