Christine Taylor Gentry – Obituary

Christine Taylor Gentry, 89, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born December 25, 1925 to the late William P. Taylor and the late Augusta “Maggie” Savada Gann Taylor. She was a member of Sandy Springs Baptist Church. She worked at Blue Bell Garment Factory for many years along with other jobs. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family the most.

Survivors include her daughters: Faye (Rodney) Collier of Nettleton, and Betty (Bobby J.) Ozbirn of Golden; Sons: Leroy Gentry of Fulton, James (Kathy) Gentry of Fulton, Jackie (Sheila) Gentry of Fulton, Charles (Dusty) Gentry of Hamilton, MT, and Gerald (Melinda) Gentry of Fulton; 29 Grandchildren, 52 Great-grandchildren, 10 Great, Great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Hermon Gentry, Son, Phillip Gentry, 3 Brothers, 5 Sisters, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be: Roger Timms, Ryan Gentry, Bobby Gentry, Justin Ozbirn, Cody Cook, and Chad Gentry.
