Christie Dawn Griffitt Scott, 49, former employee of Kenny Pipe Supply in Nashville, died Monday, September 11, 2023.
No services are scheduled at this time. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements.
Born June 12,1974 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Douglas Avery Griffitt and the late Kathy Chapman Smith. Ms. Scott enjoyed going to the beach, hiking, reading, and loved her dog, Stormy.
Survivors include her children, Douglas Wade Kelley (Kayla Dodson), Christi (Brandon) Pewitt, Hunter (Haylee) Reynolds; grandchildren, Chloe Kelley, Kristin Kelley, Cannon Kelley, Tinsley Kelley, Kaylanney Kelley, Cassie Pewitt, Callie Pewitt, Carson Reynolds, Corbin Reynolds; siblings, Melissa Griffitt, Cody Gidcomb, and David Smith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Tommy Smith.
