Mrs. Christene Joanna Saylors, age 52, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026 at Ascension St. Thomas Riverpark Hospital. She was born on August 26, 1973 to parents Lonnie Joe Roberts and Bertie Deola Box Roberts. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee and Rook with her family and cherished the time spent with her grandkids, creating lasting memories. Christene found great joy and peace while fishing and looked forward to taking a trip to Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years Timothy Saylors, children Dillon (Abbee) Mullican, Duston Saylors, Brookelynn Hallum, Mary Ann Lacie, and Jasmine (Ryan) Kilgore, and 13 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Angie Young and Estelene Roberts, and brother Joe Roberts.
Funeral services for Christene Saylors are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 01, 2026 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. John Jones will officiate. Interment will follow at Smyrna Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 2:00 P.M. at McMinnville Funeral Home.
