Christa Michelle Kilbourn, age
46 of Huntsville passed away
Dec. 3, 2018.
She is survived by her daugh?ters Lauren Isabella Ivey and
Abigail Grace Ivey and their
father Tony Ivey, her parents
John and Debbie Kilbourn, sis?ter and her family- Nikki and
Dan Schwanke- Emerson and
Jase, grandfather Lee Kilbourn,
aunt and uncle- Andy and Sue
Kilbourn, and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by
her children Isabella Marie Ivey,
Jason Tyler Ivey, and John Ross
Ivey, her grandmother Myrtle
Kilbourn and grandparents John and Marge Dratz.
Christa was a teacher in Huntsville City Schools for almost 21
years. She earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Christa had a passion for teaching and had a deep love for all of
her students as well as her co-workers and friends.
She had a tremendous love for her two daughters and enjoyed
spending time with them.
She was a member of Holmes Street United Methodist Church and had come
to love her church family. Visitation for Christa is Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, 5:00 p.m.
7:00 p,m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral service is Sat., Dec. 8, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. Burial at
Valhalla Cemetery.
