Chester Lopp, age 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Oak Grove II Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Lopp also enjoyed selling produce at Lawrence County Farmers Market.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Mitchell and Irene Luna Lopp; and four brothers, Charles Lopp, Carl Lopp, Lester Lopp, and Travis Lopp.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lopp of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Chester Jeffery Lopp (Molly) of Smyrna, TN; one daughter, Tammy Sabrina Moore (Joe Charles) of Lawrenceburg, TN; five grandchildren, Jessica Cozart, Chris Moore, Matthew Moore, Alex Lopp, and Nathan Lopp; three great-grandchildren; and one brother, James Lopp (Lora Mae) of St. Joseph, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday, March 28, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 28, 2021, with Jerry McLain officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
