Where to begin with this girl?!?!
Granny Gray is an amazing girl for the right people! She needs someone who understands her breed and how vocal they are! She comes off as aggressive but really just playful! You can see in the photos how athletic she is! No worries, she’s like a cat and always lands on her feet! She isn’t a fan of other dogs and is very dominant! She is not good with cats! She LOVES to “play” ball! Really she wants to bite, deflate and shake them to death
She will run and play for hours if you let her!
Granny Gray loves toys but if they are stuffed, they immediately go BOOM!
She knows “sit” and walks pretty well on a leash! The techs have been putting in lots of work with this girl!
Granny Gray will wait as long as she can to go out but she does occasionally have accidents in her kennel if we can’t get to her quick enough. We feel like this could be resolved in more of a home setting pretty quickly!
She is about 4-5 years old but has the pitty energy of a puppy!

Introducing Robbie!!!
Robbie is a 2 year old pitty mix!
He is a low rider! He is smaller but dense, so heavy weight! This boy loves to play outside! He played with other dogs yesterday and did great! He doesn’t seem to mind our shelter cat but hasn’t been strenuously cat tested!
Robbie loves the kids that visit the shelter but will jump!
He also gives love nibbles.. some have mistaken this for aggression and biting but it is his way of expressing his playfulness! The staff has been working with him on this!
Robbie has been waiting on a home for MONTHS!
This boy is already neutered and up to date on vaccines! He loves to play in the meet and greet area and loves getting pets! This boy would be an amazing fit for pretty much anyone!

Sweet Hemera!!
Hemera is a very high energy, 10-11 month old girl! She loves other dogs, loves being outside more than inside and LOVES people! Hemera is very eager to learn! She learned “sit” in just 10 minutes yesterday while working with the kennel techs! She is a smaller girl! She is very short and weighs about 30 pounds.
She loves to play fetch! This poor girl has grown up in the shelter! She has been to 2 foster homes!
She was hyper and when left uncreated in the house can be a bit destructive but we have faith that with the right person for her, she will flourish!

This is Nola! She is 3 years old and fixed.
Nola is a Lab/Amstaff mix; she is super sweet and loving. Nola loves going on walks; she does well with other dogs! She would do great with dogs who have mid energy.
Nola walks great on the leash, does amazing in car rides, and is a big cuddle bug.

We still provide everything your new pet needs to be on track for a happy, healthy life: vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, de-fleaing & de-worming, and a leash & collar! It’s an impossibly low price for a top notch friend.
LeeAnne is around a year old and 50 lbs and has been a tender little lady since joining us! She keeps a clean kennel, likes belly rubs, and can be very cuddly.
