Charlotte Sue Sheffield – Obituary

Charlotte Sue Sheffield, 56, of the Shiloh community, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1957, to Bobby Gene and Sybil Delois Powell Sheffield. She worked as a pharmacy technician for North Mississippi Medical Center for 34 years. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed being around her family, especially her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Services will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday, March 25, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Mark Tutor and Bro. Ron Schwake officiating. Burial will be in the Mantachie Cemetery.

Survivors include her father, Bobby Gene Sheffield; two brothers, Kevin Lee Sheffield (Christy) and Brad “Tack” Sheffield (Patty), all of Mantachie; two nephews, Nathan Sheffield (Brooke) and Jordan Sheffield; four nieces, Jessica Upton, Brandy Tyra (Andy), Renea Sheffield, and Sarah Sheffield; two great-nephews, Anthony Upton and Kelton Tyra; and three great-nieces, Annabelle Sheffield, Aisley Sheffield, and Lexie Tyra.

She was preceded in death by her mother; an infant brother, Bob, Jr.; an infant sister, Delois Ann; and an infant great-niece, Baby Tyra.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Sheffield, Jordan Sheffield, Jackie Massey, Chad Powell, Alan Powell, Doug Farrar, Will Webb, and Dave Sheffield.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Monday at the funeral home.
