Charlotte Louise Kausulka Evans passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at Woodland Village Healthcare. She was born November 25, 1933 to Herman and Louise Schaffer.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Johnny Kausulka and Kerry Evans; her parents; two sons, John Kausulka, Jr. and Henry Kausulka; sisters Ann Campbell, Agatha Nahler, Christine Webb, and Theresa Schaffer.
She is survived by her sisters, Ester Whisenhunt, Herminia Johnson, and Edna Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Sunday October 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
