Charlotte Keener Shane, age 55, of Lakewood, CA, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Beach, CA. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a paralegal for Rose, Klein, and Marias LLP of Los Angeles, CA and a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Long Beach, CA.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Keener.
She is survived by her husband, William Shane of Lakewood, CA; one son, David Austin Shane and one daughter, Katelyn Noelle Shane, both of Lakewood, CA; her mother, Ruth Keener of Leoma, TN; one sister, Darlene Gaines (David) of Leoma, TN; two brothers, Alan Keener (Sherry) of Leoma, TN and Klaus Lachmann (Pam) of Columbia, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 01, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 02, 2019 with Rose Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Dunn Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
