Charlotte Denise Green, age 55, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away at her residence on January 2, 2026. Charlotte was born on June 13, 1970, in Alabama. She will be remembered for her loving heart, her strong spirit, and the many memories she leaves behind.
She is survived by her husband, William D. Green; daughter, Lacey (Ronnie) Deerman; sons, Chris (Cedric) Green and Henry (Jessica) Green; her grandchildren, Gracie (Jake) Gossett, Kaleb Thompson, Madison Green, Isabella Thompson, McKinley Thompson, Vera Green, Ronnie Lee Deerman, Layla Deerman, Rylee Simmons, Autumn Simmons, William Simmons, and Finley Talley; and great-grandchild, Hazel Gossett. She is also survived by her sisters, Anita (Scott) Holden, Lisa Jones, Sonia McGlaughn Dennis, Sherri Seaton, and Terri Lackey; and brothers, Dale (Laura) Thomason, Terry (Rhonda) Thomason, and Shannon (Jennifer) Samples. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. McGlaughn and Jewel (Lloyd) Samples, and siblings William McGlaughn and Trisha Ellis.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Douglas Cemetery.
