Charline B. Matthews Peters has gone to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, on this day of our Lord July 8, 2012. A devoted wife for 67 years to the Reverend Charles J. Peters. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, she was a devoted child of God and dedicated in her service to the church.

A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, she was a devoted child of God and dedicated in her service to the church.Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, July 09, 2012 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2012 with Rev. Kevin Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was preceded in death by a father, Ernest Matthews and mother, Jewel Williamson Matthews; brother, Theron Matthews; one son, Jim Peters; one daughter, Laura Peters; and one granddaughter, Susan Lowery.
She is survived by husband, Charles Peters; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Johnny Lowery; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Pam Peters; daughter-in-law, Linda Peters; 8 grandsons and wives, 2 granddaughters and husbands; 18 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren. One sister-in-law; several nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins also survive.
