Charles William “Bill” Whitt was born on September 25, 1939 and departed this life for his heavenly home on Friday, November 6, 2020 from Sanctuary Hospice House. Bill, a patriotic American, distinguished Mississippian and longtime Mayor of Okolona was the husband of Diane Whitt and father of Marcy Rock, Pam Moran and Charlie Beth Jaggers and his beloved grandchildren.
A service celebrating Bill’s life will be at 3 PM Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 from the First Baptist
Church in Okolona with burial to follow in Lee Memorial Park in Verona. Visitation will be from Noon-service time Monday in the Church Sanctuary. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to be serving the family.
