Mr. Charles W. Owen passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 12, 1943, in Morgan County to John Wade Owen and Ovie Prince Owen. He was employed at Dunlop/ Goodyear for 28 years in the maintenance department, as an electrician, prior to his retirement. He was a Baptist and a member of Central Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.
