Charles W Horner was born on May 26th 1963 in Muncie, Indiana. He will be remembered for his vast wealth of knowledge and infinite compassion as well as for being a model father and friend to many.
Mr. Horner is survived by his three sons, Christopher G. Horner, Jonathan M. Hinson and Brandon W. Horner.
A Celebration of Life is being held today, Oct. 20, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church in Decatur. A time of visitation will be prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. Roselawn Funeral Home has the honor of assisting the family.
