Charles W. Cleland, 76 of Arab passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at his residence. Charles was born April 24, 1944 in Arab the son of Menton Cleland and Cleo Goodlett Cleland. He served his country with honor and courage in the US Marines and was retired from Redstone Arsenal. He was married to the late Donna Turner Cleland for 55 years at the time of her death on August 13, 2019.
He is survived by his children: Chana Ridgeway (Heath) and Scott Cleland (Juli) both of Arab; Grandchildren: Chaz Cleland (Mel), Cara Smith (Jes), Taylor Ridgeway, Tanner Ridgeway and Chanan Cleland; Great Grandchildren: Jason Roy, Charlie Cleland, Emry Smith, Judd Smith and Haisley Cantrell; Sister: Shirley Wooten (Rex) of Hulaco; Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Brother David Chambers officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Hebron Cemetery.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel
