Charles “Toots” Pinegar passed away Tuesday morning October 22, 2019 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later, along with a full list of survivors. DeKalb Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
