Charles Richard “Chip” Palmer, IV, 67, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022. Chip will be buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield, AL. There will be no services per Chip’s request.
He was a native of Sheffield and is survived by his cousins, Rose and Ira Wiggins.
Chip request that memorials be made to a charity of choice.
