Charles Ray Brown, age 81, of Florence, Alabama, died, Friday, March 18, 2016. The visitation will be Monday, March 21st from 11:00-12:00 p.m. at Pine Hill Church of Christ. David Dowdy will be officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Viola Brown; brothers, Hershel, Edward and Troy Brown.
He was in the United States Navy and was a crane operator for twenty eight years with GM. He attended Macedonia Church of Christ.
Survivors include his son John Evans and special friend of twelve years, Daisy Sharp, three nieces and one nephew.
