Funeral service for Charles “Randy” Nipper, 52, will be Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Freeman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bell Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 16, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Nipper died on Monday, September 15, 2014 at his residence. He was born November 17, 1961 in Birmingham Alabama to Herman and Ramona Nipper. He was preceded in death by his father. He loved Alabama football and NASCAR. He was a wonderful friend.
