Charles Price Brummitt age 72 of Athens, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Brummitt was born August 1, 1942 in Limestone County, AL to Quitoin E. Brummitt and Douglas A. Burns Brummitt.
Graveside services will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 12:00 p.m., at Lentzville Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
Survived by two sisters, Tina Wallace of Athens and Pauline Brown of TN; six brothers, Dwight Brummitt, James Brummitt, Carlos Brummitt, Jerry Brummitt, Donnie Brummitt and Lonnie Brummitt all of Athens; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Smith, Chris Sams, Trent Moss, Grover Brown, Matt Brummitt, Frank Smith and Gary Coffman.
