Charles Louis “Chuck” Rundlett, 84, of New Hope, passed away Sunday.
Chuck was a devoted husband, father and Papa. He was born in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He served in the United States Air Force and fought in the Korean war. He served his family selflessly and was an inspiration to everyone he met.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Sara Gross Rundlett, his children, Terry Salmon, Tammy & Kurt Parker, Kim & Pete Van Staagen, and Chad & Chris Rundlett, his grandchildren, Cody & Mary Salmon, Nikki Salmon, Sydney & Jeremy Hale, Stephen Starkey, Andrew Starkey, Katherine Van Staagen, Anna Van Staagen, Alexis Parker, Gray Parker, Macki, Sayler, Gunter & Gavin Rundlett.
The Celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at New Hope United Methodist Church, Wednesday at 2:00pm. Visitation will be from 12:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the start of the service.
Interment will be in the Gross Cemetery.
